About your support hours: Use your monthly time for content edits, troubleshooting, and agreed website improvements. We’ll discuss larger requests before starting additional work.
Premium plugins: We’ll review your existing licenses and confirm which tools are covered before you start. Specialized paid plugins may need their own license.
If something goes wrong: Monitoring runs around the clock. Support is handled by email; monitoring does not mean 24/7 live support. If your site is compromised, we’ll help assess the issue, work through recovery, and address the cause. Any work beyond the agreed plan is discussed with you first.
SEO campaigns, Google Ads, and full website redesigns are separate services. Need more than three hours a month? Tell us what you need and we’ll put together a custom plan.

Website management questions
Do you have to build our website first?
Not necessarily. Send us your existing website and we’ll review how it was built, what access is available, and whether we’re a good fit to manage it.
Do we have to move our hosting?
Standard hosting is included in both management plans. If you prefer your current host, we’ll review its access, backups, and limitations before recommending how to proceed.
Is management included with every hosting plan?
No. Hosting-only plans and website management are different services. The $100 and $200 management plans on this page include hosting plus the maintenance and support listed above.
Can you update our pages and photos?
Yes. Website Care includes 1 hour of edits and support each month; Website Management includes 3 hours. Send your page, photo, or content changes by email. We’ll discuss larger requests before starting work beyond your plan.
Does this include SEO or Google Ads?
These plans cover website care and support. Ongoing SEO and Google Ads management are separate services we can add to your proposal.
What if we need a larger redesign?
We can help with website design too. A new layout, new functionality, or a bigger rebuild will be scoped separately so you know what to expect.
